This project involved transforming an existing commercial space into a fully functional retail location through a complete interior renovation and build-out. Starting with an open floor plan, our team framed and constructed new interior walls, created multiple rooms, and built restroom facilities to meet the needs of the new business.
From layout planning and structural framing to finishing details, every phase of the project was completed with a focus on quality craftsmanship and functionality. By reconfiguring the interior space and constructing essential infrastructure from the ground up, we helped convert an outdated building into a modern, efficient, and welcoming retail environment ready for operation.
This project demonstrates our ability to take a vacant or underutilized commercial property and transform it into a customized space designed to meet our client’s specific business needs.
